We have a tiered pricing system where the hanging weight price per pound is as follows:
$4.50 – quarter beef
$4.25 – half beef
$4.00 – whole beef
Please keep in mind, butchering costs are additional and you will responsible to pay those directly to the butcher. Weights can vary widely, but the average for a whole cow is 500lb hanging weight.
